Julius Carter

Julius L. Carter is a Summa Cum Laude graduate with majors in accounting, business, and management. Attorney Carter has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. He holds state of Ohio licenses in law, real estate, and education. He is licensed to practice law in all Ohio State and Federal Courts.
