Attorney Justin J. In addition to being recognized by The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Mr. Eballar has also been selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each consecutive year since 2018, in the fields of Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. In 2017, he published an article in the Daily Journal, describing legal difficulties under the Government Recreational Trail Immunity. He has served as a volunteer attorney for the Grassroots Law Project and the Pepperdine Disaster Relief Clinic, and is an active member of CAALA, one of the largest associations of plaintiff attorneys in the country.
Before establishing Eballar Law, Mr. Eballar worked for two of Los Angeles' most prominent and successful trial firms. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he competed in Moot Court competitions and was a member of the honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Seattle U., a private Jesuit university in his home state of Washington.
