Justin Katz is a Member in the Personal Injury Practice Group. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Justin focuses his practice in?the litigation, mediation, arbitration and resolution of a wide array of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions and automobile negligence claims, bus and trucking accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, wrongful death actions, traumatic brain injuries, workers' compensation claims and first-and third-party bad faith claims.
Justin received his J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.? He has appeared on behalf of clients throughout the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the?United States District Court for the State of Maryland and the General District Courts and Circuit Courts in Virginia and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County (MD) Bar Association, the Prince George?s County (MD) Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association and the Fairfax Virginia Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Maryland Association for Justice, a Plaintiff's advocacy organization in Maryland. Justin has previously co-chaired the auto-negligence section of the Maryland Association for Justice.
