I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I always had a passion for helping others and knew from a very young age that I wanted to be an attorney. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and attended Saint Louis University School of Law. While in Law School I was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and participated in Moot Court and Trial Advocacy. I thoroughly enjoyed these classes and wanted to continue developing my passion for research, writing, and presenting in a courtroom. I began my career in civil litigation after my first year in law school as a law clerk for a plaintiff’s firm in St. Louis, Missouri working on various types of cases, including medical malpractice and personal injury. I developed an intense passion for civil ligation.
