Kelsey L. Campbell is an Associate of Boucher LLP in the firm’s San Francisco office. Kelsey’s litigation practice is focused on representing individuals in complex civil litigation, including coordinated proceedings and mass tort litigation in both state and federal court.
Kelsey represents survivors of childhood sexual abuse, seeking to hold the responsible institutions accountable. Kelsey also represents elite women athletes injured by an abusive coach.
Kelsey was selected as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2023 and 2024. She is also included among the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff for California.
Before becoming an attorney, Kelsey served in foreign policy positions in the federal government for over a decade. She held posts in the Middle East, South Asia, the Pentagon, and served on engagements in the Asia Pacific, Central America, and South America. She is a distinguished graduate of the Defense Language Institute and a former Presidential Management Fellow.
Kelsey earned a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was a Patiño Fellow and Editor-in-Chief of Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Kelsey has a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

A former ocean lifeguard and triathlete, Kelsey now enjoys hiking, cycling, road trips, and rock and roll.
