Kent McLemore has more than three decades of experience in handling all manner of felony, misdemeanor and juvenile delinquency cases, as well as criminal appeals, child maltreatment and sex offender registry matters.
A trial lawyer since 1990, he has managed many high-profile cases in Northwest Arkansas, and his extensive experience with murder trials has led him to become one of the few attorneys certified by the State of Arkansas to defend those facing the death penalty.
He has presented to professional colleagues on a range of topics, including trial preparation, jury selection and cross-examination. A former adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he taught Trial Advocacy and supervised law students at the U of A Legal Clinic, McLemore continues to provide leadership in his field
