Kurt T. Wilson, Esq. is an Associate Attorney on the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) team at RTRLAW, dealing specifically with recovering outstanding PIP benefits owed to medical facilities across the state of Florida.
Prior to joining RTRLAW, Mr. Wilson worked for one of the largest PIP firms in Florida, bringing five years of PIP litigation experience in Florida to RTRLAW. At his prior firm, Mr. Wilson represented thousands of medical facilities and providers for whom he litigated claims and successfully recovered monies owed for PIP benefits, which were either wrongfully denied or reduced by automobile insurance companies. He prides himself in providing exceptional legal representation to each client and will always take time to listen, learn, and understand each of his client’s needs.
Mr. Wilson was raised in South Florida. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2012 as a double major at Florida Atlantic University. In 2016, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. Later that year, he was admitted to practice law and has been an active member of The Florida Bar since 2016.
Mr. Wilson calls Boca Raton his home. In his spare time, he can be seen soaking up the sun on Lake Boca with his family and friends. He has a passion for music and preservation of the environment. He’s also an avid supporter of the Florida Panthers hockey team and Inter Miami FC soccer team.
