Legal Experience: Lance was born in Port Arthur, Texas, August 22, 1966 and admitted to the bar on November 1, 1991. His area of practice involves general personal injury practice with emphasis on occupational lung diseases. His practice for the last 10 years has consisted primarily of representing victims suffering from the occupational lung disease silicosis.
Lance has been involved in representing and negotiating settlements for over 100 victims of silicosis with gross settlements totaling into the millions of dollars. Lance has personally been involved in the trial of numerous silicosis cases. Presently, Lance is representing victims of silicosis in Texas, Florida and Mississippi.
