Passion. Leah Graham has it in spades. That passion not only translates into an unwavering - some would say fiery - dedication to all of her cases and clients, but also an unparalleled attention to detail that enables her to quickly understand the issues involved as well as the practical implications litigation has on her clients. Her strong work ethic and meticulous preparation allow her to excel in a wide variety of commercial arbitration and business litigation cases.

Whether at trial or crafting a satisfactory settlement that allows her clients to get back to business and on with their lives, Ms. Graham is a zealous and thoughtful advocate who isn't afraid of a challenge. When the going gets tough, Ms. Graham doesn't quit or hide, she perseveres. A perfectionist by nature, Ms. Graham refuses to accept what others may consider to be "good enough" if she believes a better result is possible. As her own harshest critic, Ms. Graham is constantly evaluating her practice to identify ways to improve her client-counseling, negotiation, and advocacy skills. In a particularly telling breach-of- contract case, litigated for more than two years, Ms. Graham was instrumental in determining litigation strategy, managing substantial and complex discovery, evaluating and hiring experts, taking and defending more than two dozen depositions, and obtaining a successful result for her clients after a five-week trial.

Ms. Graham earned her doctor of jurisprudence degree from Baylor School of Law. During law school, Ms. Graham earned a reputation as an outstanding oral advocate with a natural courtroom presence. She won numerous oral advocacy awards, including being named a National Mock Trial champion, competing against some of the most prestigious advocacy programs in the country. Although not a Houston-native, Ms. Graham quickly fell in love with this city and its residents. She and her husband even named their puppy after the Houston Rockets' mascot, Clutch. At any given time you are likely to find Ms. Graham and her husband taking advantage of Houston's abundant green spaces, bike trails, outdoor patios, and Houston's impressively diverse culinary landscape.
