Luke H. Rubenstein has been with the firm since August 2018. Luke graduated from West Virginia University in 2015, majoring in Economics. He then attended Michigan State University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2018. As a native of West Virginia’s eastern panhandle, Luke was eager to begin his legal career in the Mountain State following graduation. Since joining the firm,
Luke has worked on a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, and work-place injuries. Luke resides in Charleston, West Virginia, and enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and cheering on the Mountaineers.
