Throughout his career at Atlee Hall, Mark has made it a priority to right wrongs that have been done to bring closure and allow his clients to move forward.
While clients come to us during some of the most difficult times in their lives, it is in part through the litigation process and holding wrongdoers accountable for their actions, that injured individuals gain back control. Through clients’ strength, bravery and perseverance, they are able to reclaim what they have lost due to no fault of their own. Mark finds it immensely fulfilling to empower a client to take back control and to reach for and attain the potential that he or she always had and will continue to have moving forward.
Mark brings a unique perspective to Atlee Hall and its cases. Having worked for a number of years at a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm in New York, he knows firsthand what it is like to represent defendants, including doctors and hospitals. This allows him to analyze a case from the other side’s perspective, anticipating the defenses and, more importantly, developing a successful strategy to counteract and combat those defenses. In addition, because Mark initially worked at a defense firm, representing in excess of one-hundred clients at any given time, he understands the value of taking on a limited number of cases in order to devote the necessary time and attention to each case. He strives to build a personal connection with each client and understand what he or she is going through, which enables him to provide the best representation possible.
