Attorney Mark Gottesfeld is a skilled litigator who for over the past decade has exclusively represented employees in employment-rights litigation. Mark is passionate about advocating for and protecting the rights of employees in the workplace. Over the past 10 years, he has successfully represented thousands of employees in class and collective action lawsuits throughout the nation. However, Mark in particular takes great pride in pursuing claims on behalf of employees in their individual lawsuit or arbitration. An example of one such case, which went to trial and resulted in a judgment in favor of the employee, was Rivera v. McCoy Corporation, 240 F. Supp. 3d 1150 (D.N.M. 2017). Mark’s success has resulted in his recognition by prominent lawyer-rating service, SuperLawyers, as a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” for the past 6 years.
Mark Gottesfeld is a 2006 graduate of Lehigh University (magna cum laude) and a 2009 graduate of the inaugural class of Drexel University School of Law (cum laude).
