Mr. Sigala is an experienced trial attorney devoted to providing exceptional legal services to his clients. He founded Sigala and Stoddard with the goal of building a client-focused law firm that delivers exceptional results. Known for his relentless pursuit of justice, Mr. Sigala provides compassionate guidance and counsel to clients who have been seriously injured, and families whose loved ones have been tragically killed by the wrongdoing and negligence of others. He has extensive experience representing clients in cases involving car accidents, workplace injuries, dog attacks, fall accidents and other areas of injury law.
Over his 20-year legal career, Mr. Sigala has recovered several multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts for his clients. He is respected by colleagues and opponents alike for his civility and trial skills. Mr. Sigala has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 for personal injury litigation. Mr. Sigala’s practice is focused 100% on personal injury cases, and he prides himself on fighting big insurance companies who try to take advantage of unrepresented individuals. Mr. Sigala is fluent in Spanish.
Having been raised in San Jose, Mr. Sigala is active in the local community and was the recipient of the 2019 Cesar Chavez Community Champion Award for his work and dedication to the community. He is actively involved with Santa Clara Trial Lawyers Association where he served as past president and currently sits on the board. He is a member of Law Raza Lawyers of Santa Clara County, Santa Clara County Bar Association, San Francisco County Trial Lawyers, and Consumer Attorneys of California.
Mr. Sigala earned his law degree from Lincoln Law School, where he graduated near the top of his class and served as Assistant Editor of Lincoln Law review. He was a top recipient in the moot trial court competition and won many other academic awards while in law school. When he is not in court, Mr. Sigala enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, as well as occasionally playing golf.
