Mary Beth has successfully represented hundreds of clients in pursuing their workers’ compensation, PERA duty disability, and personal injury claims. Mary Beth is a tenacious trial attorney who has successfully represented clients through jury trials and argued in front of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and Minnesota Supreme Court. Mary Beth is a strong advocate in the mediation and negotiation process in resolving her client’s claims.
In law school, Mary Beth served on the University of St. Thomas Board of Advocates and successfully competed in both the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court and New York City Bar Association Moot Court competitions.
Outside of the office, you will find Mary Beth riding horses at the ranch in Maple Plain or exploring Northeast with her dog Finn.
