I grew up in a small town in South Georgia. I know how to fry chicken, I love pearls, and I smile at strangers. In small towns, we take pride in how we help one another. Being a lawyer is about helping people. I began talking about being a lawyer when I was about seven years old. Many years and a few milestones later, I reached that goal.

About Eva HutchersonI attended kindergarten and graduated high school with many of the same people. I moved to Statesboro, Georgia to attend Georgia Southern University and I married my high school sweetheart the summer between my sophomore and junior years. After graduating college with a degree in History and moving back to my small town, my husband and I were blessed with a redheaded baby girl. I was fortunate to be able to stay home with her as an infant and toddler. However, I learned that work outside the home was a necessity for my sanity. For several years after, I clerked for the Judge of the Probate Court in my small town. It was there, and from her, that I learned what true public service meant. It was also there that I gained the confidence to achieve my dream of becoming a lawyer.

I was accepted into Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law and my husband, daughter and I moved to Macon. My daughter and I began school in the same year, I to Mercer and she to Montessori of Macon. I met Sam during my first year of law school and found a mentor who has since become like family; what began as an internship has turned into a strong partnership.

Whether it is in a personal injury, family law or criminal case, I am honored to represent my client and I never lose sight of the fact that my client has entrusted their case and their well-being with me. I am proud to represent my clients with integrity, respect, and honesty? and a little bit of small town grit.
