He drafts and negotiates contracts from simple real estate sales to multimillion-dollar asset purchase agreements. He is also a leading landlord-tenant attorney in northern Colorado. He represents owners, generals, and subcontractors in complex construction litigation. Mr. Athey also practices oil and gas law.
