AV Rating by peers through Martindale-Hubbell (Top rating attorney as selected by peers and opposing attorneys) Webb v. Gittlen, (2008) - In this wrongful death lawsuit Matt pursued the rights of his client through the Superior Court, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. Through his efforts the Arizona Supreme Court unanimously agreed the law (which was unfavorable to consumers and favorable to the insurance industry) must be changed.
