Matthew D. Swindle is an associate attorney with Reddick Moss in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Swindle studied economics at Harding University and graduated summa cum laude prior to entering law school. After graduating from Harding, Mr. Swindle accepted a Bowen Fellowship to study at the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, where he was recognized for academic achievement in nine different subject areas, including legal research, reasoning, writing & advocacy, and legal ethics.
As a student, Mr. Swindle focused on litigation and trial advocacy. He was selected to represent UALR as a member of its five-person National Trial Competition Team. He was also selected from a nationwide pool of applicants for a Janet D. Steiger Fellowship from the American Bar Association. As part of this fellowship, Mr. Swindle worked in the Consumer Protection Division of the Arkansas Attorney General's Office researching consumer issues and working to protect Arkansans through enforcement of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Mr. Swindle graduated from UALR's Bowen School of Law with a High Honors designation and was ranked number one in his class. Since his admission to the Arkansas bar, Mr. Swindle has continued to concentrate on consumer protection and trial litigation. As an associate with Reddick Moss, Mr. Swindle's practice is devoted to representing clients who have sustained personal injuries or suffered neglect and abuse.
