Michael formed The Law Offices of Michael L. Eisner in 2021 to provide the highest level of legal services, care, and compassion for each of his clients while securing the best possible results from their case. He has been seeking fair compensation for injured people since 1996. Michael is very proud of the difference he has made for many victims of others’ neglect. Prior to creating the firm, Michael was a partner and associate at a two large personal injury firms in Ohio. As an injury lawyer, he has served as the lead in many trials.
His practice includes representing people who have been injured or killed as a result of car, motorcycle, and truck accidents; dog bites; and, dangerous conditions on others’ property. He is very proud of his hard work and success in securing compensation for his clients. In 2009, Michael won the largest reported car accident injury verdict in Franklin County, Ohio.
He was Executive Editor of the law review while obtaining his law degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude.
