Michael Fiorentino graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000 and continued to DePaul University College of Law where he graduated in 2003. While in Law School, Michael was the Lead Articles Editor for the DePaul Journal of Art and Entertainment Law, having been published himself in the same Journal. During this time, Michael was also interning for the Illinois Attorney General's Office in the SVP unit, fighting for victims of some of the most horrific crimes across Illinois. It was there that Michael realized he wanted his legal career to be about fighting for those who had been personally wronged. Following his work with the attorney general, he started his career working for a law firm that focused on representing those who had been wronged by civil rights violations and consumer fraud.
In 2006, Michael joined his father, Stephen, at the Fiorentino Law Offices carrying on the family tradition of protecting the rights of those who have been wrongfully injured. Today, he guides people through the legal maze they face when a traumatic event happens in their lives. This includes representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases, wrongful death cases and those injured in auto/trucking/motorcycle accidents, on the job, in railroad accidents or in premises liability matters. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for injured victims and their loved ones through settlement and verdict with a winning trial record.
Michael Fiorentino was selected for membership into the The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers in Illinois for 2019.
Michael represents clients and tries cases in both State and Federal Courts in Chicago and its surrounding areas including Cook County, Lake County, DuPage County, Kane County and Will County.
