Michael P. Fontaine, Esq. is a founding partner of Fontaine, DeCarvalho & Bell, LLP, representing clients in the medical malpractice, personal injury and criminal defense practice areas. Prior to starting the firm, Mike was an Assistant District attorney and practiced in the Tort Litigation Division of the Texas Office of Attorney General before associating with a nationally recognized private practice firm, where his practice focused on Healthcare, Nursing Home & and Product Liability cases. In 2001 he relocated to Rhode Island, first as an Assistant Attorney General, then in private sector insurance defense. He has taken numerous jury trials to verdict in both the Federal and State courts.
