Ms. Bass is a twenty- four (24) year civil trial lawyer with successful litigation experience in numerous state and federal courts throughout the country. She was affiliated with a boutique law firm located in CA and HI for over 20 years (from her office in Aspen) specializing in the defense of admiralty and recreational scuba diving cases involving wrongful death, intellectual property, product liability and professional negligence (trademark clients included “BodyGlove,” and “Greg Noll– Hawaiian Big Wave Surfer” surfboards and clothing line). Her practice areas include employment, construction, real estate development, commercial/business and appellate work.
