Natasha Wesenberg joined Zinda Law Group as a lead trial lawyer after practicing as a partner with an insurance defense firm for several years. Having worked on the insurance defense side of the law, Natasha brings a wealth of experience to the firm’s clients. In fact, she joined the Zinda Law Group team to serve as an advocate for her clients and values the individualized attention each client receives. She is currently based out of our Albuquerque office.
Natasha has extensive experience handling motor vehicle collision cases, dog bite injuries, premises liability cases and uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage matters. Long ago, she decided to become a lawyer when she realized that her true calling was to advocate for people who could not speak for themselves. She joined Zinda Law Group so that she could represent individuals rather than insurance companies.
Prior to joining Zinda Law Group, Natasha worked in insurance defense for eight years and interned for the Honorary Rona Lee Beck of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She also served as an intern for the FBI. She attended law school at American University Washington College of Law, the first law school founded by women, after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico. She is currently licensed in New Mexico, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
Over the course of her legal career, Natasha has received several professional accolades, including “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.” She was also named by Super Lawyers as one of the “Rising Stars of the Southwest.” She continues to distinguish herself in practice with her proactive and compassionate approach to practicing law.
Outside of the office, Natasha is a proud mother to twins. She has also flown in a hot air balloon twice during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
