Nathan Eden graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1969 after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1969, he has served as Chief Assistant State's Attorney for Monroe County, Florida as well as being the youngest elected County Solicitor (Prosecutor) for Monroe County, Florida. He served as an Assistant Public Defender as well as a U.S. Magistrate for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. In addition to handling cases all over Florida, he has handled cases in New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Louisiana. His expertise includes personal injury law as well as criminal law. He is currently legal counsel for the Utility Board of the City of Key West, Florida as well as for the Monroe County (Florida) Tax Collector's Office. His representations included the Clerk of Court for the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, Monroe County, Florida.
