Nikita Wolf is the owner of Wolf Injury Law. Her primary practice focuses on car accident litigation, but she also represents people injured in slip-and-falls and the families who have lost loved ones due to someone else’s negligence. In her many years of practice, Nikita saw how injuries can affect a person’s life in a multitude of unexpected ways which is why she also offers her clients a selection of additional services, such as an advance healthcare directive, representation for property damage disputes, and power of attorney documents.
Early on, Nikita knew she wanted to represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases so she first took a job working for a major auto insurance company. This experience taught her how insurance adjusters evaluate claims and how the attorneys working for those companies handle and defend their insureds. As a result, Nikita is uniquely positioned to identify weaknesses in her opponent’s cases and preemptively combat the common defenses raised by such attorneys.
Nikita is a Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which is an organization of attorneys who have received verdicts or settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00. Less than 1% of all trial lawyers in American qualify for membership.
Outside the office, Nikita enjoys traveling to new places, playing games with friends, reading books, and belting out Disney songs in her car. She lives with her two dogs in Hanover.
