Attorney Rafferty additionally represents clients from one of the largest unions in Massachusetts, protecting his client's livelihood with employment related issues.
Primarily a litigation attorney, Attorney Rafferty worked as a Prosecutor in the Worcester District Attorney's Office for several years prior to joining Eden Rafferty. While employed at the District Attorney's Office, Attorney Rafferty attended intensive trainings pertaining to Crash Reconstruction and was a community educator for Countering Violent Extremism, a task force under the leadership of the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of Justice.
Prior to joining the practice of law, Attorney Rafferty received his Bachelor Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Industrial Design Engineering and is the first evening student to simultaneously graduate with both a Law Degree and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from Suffolk University Law School. He is a proud and active member of the Worcester County Bar Association.
Attorney Rafferty additionally has been a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker since 2017 and has a passion for real estate.
