Attorney Padraic Rafferty concentrates his practice in the areas of Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Probate Matters, and Business Law. Attorney Rafferty zealously represents his clients in both the District Court and Superior Court, with allegations ranging from basic misdemeanors to Motor Vehicle Homicide. He brings passion, commitment, and significant trial experience, with no fear to relentlessly fight for his clients to yield the best possible outcome.
Attorney Rafferty additionally represents clients from one of the largest unions in Massachusetts, protecting his client's livelihood with employment related issues.
Primarily a litigation attorney, Attorney Rafferty worked as a Prosecutor in the Worcester District Attorney's Office for several years prior to joining Eden Rafferty. While employed at the District Attorney's Office, Attorney Rafferty attended intensive trainings pertaining to Crash Reconstruction and was a community educator for Countering Violent Extremism, a task force under the leadership of the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of Justice.
Prior to joining the practice of law, Attorney Rafferty received his Bachelor Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Industrial Design Engineering and is the first evening student to simultaneously graduate with both a Law Degree and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from Suffolk University Law School. He is a proud and active member of the Worcester County Bar Association.
Attorney Rafferty additionally has been a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker since 2017 and has a passion for real estate.
