Patrick D. Gardiner practices in the areas of general and complex civil litigation, personal injury, legal malpractice, and banking litigation. He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2015.
Prior to joining Henderson Law full-time, Mr. Gardiner served as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Public Defender in Anne Arundel County in 2012 and with Henderson Law in 2013 and 2014. Mr. Gardiner also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Clayton Greene Jr., of the Maryland Court of Appeals in 2013.
Mr. Gardiner obtained his undergraduate degree in History with a minor in Political Science from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. While attending Lycoming College, Mr. Gardiner worked and studied in Greece and Israel. After graduating cum laude, Mr. Gardiner obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. While at law school, Mr.
Gardiner co-founded the Space Law Society; which brought attorneys from NASA to the law school to discuss this rapidly expanding field.
Mr. Gardiner is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
