Andrew Lampros has an active trial and litigation practice representing plaintiffs. Andrew has litigated and tried matters in a variety of settings, including Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), products liability, wrongful death, tractor trailer accidents, automobile accidents, consumer fraud, civil rights, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, insurance bad faith, business torts and commercial litigation.

$7.05 million settlement against a multi-national petrochemical company for product liability arising out of explosion that resulted in worker fatality
$2.905 million verdict against a major railroad for a trainman injured when thrown from a train due to excessive slack action
$2.56 million jury verdict against a major railroad for a conductor who suffered a torn rotator cuff and injury-related post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
$1.9 million settlement on behalf of a worker injured as a result of being electrocuted at a paper mill
$1.5 million settlement for worker injury and wrongful death with multiple construction companies for liability arising out of a construction accident
$1.4 million jury verdict against a major railroad for a conductor who suffered a back injury as a result of a defective derailer
$1.4 million for an elderly resident who was assaulted in an assisted living facility that failed to provide adequate security
$1.25 million settlement for a railroad conductor who injured his back in an accident due to excessive slack action
$900,000 settlement for a railroad worker who injured his back requiring surgery on a slip, trip, fall accident
$500,000 for a railroad engineer who was injured in a tractor trailer/automobile accident
$500,000 for a railroad trainman who injured his foot in an industrial yard accident
$475,000 for a restaurant supply sales representative injured in a rear-end auto collision
