Ramon Rubio is the founding partner of Rubio Law Firm with over twenty years of experience as a trial lawyer. Mr. Rubio is a member of ABOTA, the American Board of Trial Advocates, a prominent national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges whose membership is by invitation to only the most experienced civil trial attorneys and jurists. As a member, Mr. Rubio is committed to the preservation of the right to trial by jury provided by the 7th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as well as to the highest degree of professionalism and integrity in the legal profession. Active in the Cuban Bar Association, Broward County Justice Association, Broward County Bar Association, and admitted to Florida Courts and the Federal Middle District of Florida, Mr. Rubio represents clients in both state and federal matters. Mr. Rubio graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with a juris doctorate, consistently ranked as a top law school in the U.S., and graduated from Rutgers University with dual degrees in Political Science and Justice. A consummate learner, Mr. Rubio has both significant legal experience and is engaged with organizations tracking emerging legislation, trial skills, and legal trends to optimize the outcome of his client’s legal matters.
