Randy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctorate from the Barry University School of Law.
He began his career with the O’Mara Law Group while still in law school, working as an intern. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Randy remained with the firm and practiced in the areas of Criminal Defense and Civil Rights. He also assisted in the creation and launching of the 2nd Amendment Prepaid Legal Services Program. Randy then worked for a large Orlando-based firm, practicing insurance defense. He returned to the O’Mara Law Group where he now practices in Civil Litigation.
Prior to pursuing a career in the legal industry, Randy served his country in the United States Army for eight years, where he worked in military law enforcement, serving as a criminal investigator and a traffic accident investigator. Additionally, he is a combat veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
While in law school, Randy served as the Director of Interschool Competitions for the Moot Court Honors Board and Executive Editor/Business and Public Relations Editor for the Child and Family Law Journal. Additionally, he graduated Cum Laude, in the top 10% of his class.
