R.T. Green is proud to serve as a founding partner of Blackburn & Green. He has deep Indiana roots after receiving his BS cum laude from Indiana State University in 1974 and receiving his JD cum laude in 1977 from Indiana University at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is currently admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana as well as all state courts of Indiana. Since 1977 he has been practicing law and serves as a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association R.T. Green's Awards and Professional Associations Furthermore, he has been awarded distinction as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates' Forum and the Multimillion Dollar Advocates' Forum. Previously a judge in the Bartholomew county circuit court, R.T. Green's practice is currently limited exclusively to wrongful death and personal injury law. He has been named one of the top 100 trial lawyers across Indiana from the National Trial Lawyers Association and has also been named a top lawyer for personal injury and wrongful death in Fort Wayne, a distinction received from the Professional Research Services. He has also been named an Indiana Super Lawyer.
