Regan received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Iowa and earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. Regan founded and acted as President of the Ave Maria Health and Wellness Association.
During her time at Ave Maria School of Law, Regan was on the Moot Court Board. While at Ave Maria School of Law, Regan was selected to compete in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the UCLA School of Law Cybersecurity Moot Court Competition in Los Angeles, California. In law school, Regan worked as a law clerk at the Garvin Law Firm, one of the most reputable and longstanding personal injury firms in Southwest Florida.
Regan focuses her personal injury practice primarily on the representation of people involved in auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury cases.
Compassionate and driven, Regan prides herself on cultivating a trusting relationship with every single client. One of Regan’s primary concerns is the mental health and wellness of each client. In fact, Regan currently sits as co-chair on the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Mental Health and Wellness Board, and she continuously stresses the recognition and acceptance of the importance of mental health and wellness of both attorneys and clients alike.
Regan has helped hundreds of clients in recovering more than just compensation. In 2023, Regan was nominated for the Ohio State Bar Association’s (OSBA) Rising Litigator Award. Regan was a part of the OSBA’s Leadership Academy’s 2023 Class where she furthered her leadership experience in order to better represent her clients.
Regan is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, the American Association of Justice, and the Ohio Association of Justice.
