I AM REGINA GUY of The Law Office of Regina Guy, PLLC with more than 40 years of combined Nursing and Legal experience in Memphis, TN. As a Registered Nurse, I have practiced in the areas of medical surgical nursing, cardiac step-down, and was cross trained in critical care nursing as well as served as a preceptor for graduate nurses and new nursing hires.
My area of practice has primarily been in medical malpractice, now known as health care liability, where I have advocated for plaintiffs who have been victims of medical negligence, catastrophic injuries and nursing home neglect as well as wrongful death cases.
I have participated in multimillion dollar jury trials involving catastrophic injuries to infants and has negotiated million dollar settlements on behalf of clients.
