Rob Baskerville, Esq. is the founding attorney of Baskerville Law LLC, an auto accident and wrongful death law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rob formed Baskerville Law on the principal that victims of auto accidents and their loved ones should have access to high-quality legal representation, because the large insurance companies who are attempting to settle their cases absolutely do. Further, Rob believes that your representation should be trustworthy, honest, affordable, and effective.
Rob was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After obtaining a biology degree from the University of New Mexico and working at the UNM Hospital Cancer Research Facility, he spent a few years living in Texas and working at the University of Texas Medical Branch in the field of medical research. Knowing that he wanted to help people more directly, Rob decided to pursue an education in law and chose to attend the University of Miami School of Law in Florida.
Among his law school achievements, Rob was Secretary of the UM Intellectual Property Law Association, Member of the UM Litigation Skills Program, and served as Law Clerk to Hon. Gill Freeman.
Rob couldn't stay away from New Mexico for long and moved back shortly after graduating law school to start a family and serve the Albuquerque community. He began his law career at a well-known and respected New Mexico litigation practice. Much of Rob's work at the firm was focused on personal injury defense.
Rob quickly realized that he wanted to be on the other side of the fence, fighting for the rights of personal injury victims. Having gained knowledge of personal injury defense strategies, Rob put that knowledge to work as a plaintiff's attorney for local personal injury firms, where he confirmed his passion - helping injured New Mexicans and their families to receive the compensation that they deserve from careless drivers and their car insurance companies.
Having found his passion and feeling that he could do more for clients by opening his own firm, Rob formed Baskerville Law LLC. Rob takes great pride in the work that he does and in the results that he achieves for his clients.
