Clark attended college at Texas Tech University. Upon his graduation in 1997, he spent three years working in the private industry sector before returning to school for his legal education. Clark obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law where he was voted outstanding male graduate by the Student Bar Association. During his time in law school, he was the recipient of the Garland Walker and Liz Parham Matthews scholarship and a member of the South Texas Law Review, as well as many moot court competition teams. He graduated summa cum laude and the second in his class in 2003.
After law school, Clark began his legal practice working at a large firm in Houston, Texas. There, he and the firm he worked for represented insurance companies and large corporations against injury claims. In 2004, he moved to El Paso and began pursuing complex personal injury cases. He became a partner at an established personal injury firm in 2006. During this time, he assisted clients with a wide range of cases, including commercial trucking accidents, wrongful death, auto accidents, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, sexual abuse claims, and more.
Clark founded Harmonson Law Firm in 2012 with the intent of representing seriously injured individuals dealing with significant personal injury and wrongful death claims.

In his free time, Clark enjoys spending time with his wife, Sheri Anderson Harmonson, and their two children. Sheri now works as the Operations Director for Harmonson Law Firm.
