Originally from central Pennsylvania, Eliza fell in love with the people and culture of New Orleans shortly after her arrival in 2010. Prior to attending law school, Eliza graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with degrees in Italian Language and Literature, Political Science, and History.
