Scott A. Leaser was raised in South Florida and specializes in personal injury matters that include automobile crashes, motorcycle crashes, premises liability - slip and trip and falls, products liability and personal injury protection litigation. He has devoted his practice of law to litigation and has experience in and out of the court room. Prior to working with the firm, Scott worked in the insurance defense industry for several large insurance carriers where he gained valuable experience and insight in how to litigate injury claims.
Scott earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, and his juris doctorate from the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating with a Cum Laude distinction. While attending law school, Scott was Vice President of the Nova Trial Association where he participated with exceptional results in mock trial competitions and was awarded The Order of Barristers for displaying excellence in trial advocacy.
Scott is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, and in Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida.
