Attorney Silvia Amador Brett fearlessly defends Florida residents who have been injured or wrongfully harmed by others. With prior experience defending civil cases in personal injury protection, motor vehicle accidents, and investigation of fraud, she brings a unique perspective to the team.
After graduating in 2013 from the University of Central Florida with her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and minors in both Spanish and Psychology, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2016. During law school, she clerked for The Honorable Caroline J. Tesche and acted as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Court. As a member of the nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Team, she competed nationally on behalf of Stetson University College of Law and won the National Ethics Trial Competition. She was awarded the Wehle Trial Advocacy Award for demonstrating excellence in trial advocacy.
Attorney Brett is a member of The Florida Bar. Her passion to actively help others is demonstrated in both her legal practice and her community involvement. Ms. Brett has dedicated her time to translate for human trafficking victims involved in the legal process. She is currently involved with the Patrick Brett Foundation which funds “fresh start” scholarships to individuals whose paths have been interrupted. As a member of the Florida Justice Association’s Young Lawyer Section since 2018, she is currently on their Board of Directors. Ms. Brett is committed to serving our clients with outstanding legal representation, protecting their interests, and maximizing recovery for their injuries.
