Senior Associate
Susan R. Schrank, Esq. is a Senior Associate at Davis, Saperstein, & Salomon, PC. She joined the firm after spending many years as in-house Staff Counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, litigating on behalf of the company and providing legal representation for its insureds who were involved in automobile collisions. Prior to that, Susan worked on medical malpractice cases and class action suits related to pharmaceutical products and vehicle emissions. She now applies her unique insight into defense practices and knowledge of legal medicine to her zealous representation of her wrongly injured clients, guiding them through the litigation process and fighting to obtain the best possible outcomes for their cases.
Susan has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 2014. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School where she served as the fulltime assistant to the then-president of the American Civil Liberties Union. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany, where she studied Psychology with a focus on Bio-psychology and Criminal Justice.
Susan lives in northwestern New Jersey with her husband, stepson, and their two rescue cats. She is an avid camper, traveler, and boater who hopes to complete the “Great Loop” one day.
