Telesforo (Ted) Del Valle, Jr. is a Criminal Defense Lawyer with over 39 years of practice experience in both Federal and State criminal cases. Mr. Del Valle is a highly experienced Federal Criminal Defense lawyer who has represented several Defendants throughout the State of New York and the United States including, Puerto Rico, Florida, Oklahoma, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Nevada, Missouri, New Mexico, and Texas.
Mr. Del Valle has been a frequent lecturer and panelist for the American Bar Association on the topic of Legal Ethics; as well as a panelist on Legal Ethics at the Brooklyn Bar Association, and for the Character and Fitness Committee at the New York County Lawyers Association, as well as a lecturer on various criminal litigation topics for the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
