Terance Perry was born in Framingham, Massachusetts, August 14, 1965. He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts (1992), Montana (2005), U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts and U.S. Court of Appeals, First and Ninth Circuits (1993), the U.S. District Court, District of Montana (2005) and the United States Court of Federal Claims (2007).

Terance actively practiced law in Boston before joining Datsopoulos, MacDonald & Lind in 2004.
