Tia is an associate working in the Personal Injury Department, helping to get clients the compensation they deserve.
She is also investigating COVID-related Nursing Home resident deaths in New York. The litigation seeks to hold nursing homes accountable if they were negligent in adopting critical safety protocols that would have protected their residents, individuals who were already at higher risk for investigation.
She previously worked in medical malpractice and insurance defense.
During law school, Tia helped reactivate the previously dormant Hispanic Law Student Association. She also worked with NGOs both domestically and abroad to combat human trafficking.
