Tiffany Heineman is Counsel in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group where she focuses on litigation related to a variety of business issues and contract disputes, helping clients navigate issues, minimize exposure, and achieve their business goals despite the emergence of legal conflict. She also represents those who have been severely injured by dangerous property conditions, motor vehicle crashes, or other types of hazards caused by the negligence of others. She is an experienced trial attorney and regularly appears in Courts all over the State of New Jersey and has litigated both bench trials and jury trials in a variety of civil cases.
At Einhorn Barbarito, Tiffany handles all types of civil litigation, including breach of contract, contractual non-payment issues, consumer fraud, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, property damage, land ownership disputes, estate litigation, and personal injury cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs. As a member of New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), Tiffany regularly serves as Continuing Legal Education faculty, speaking to other attorneys about issues and strategies in personal injury cases.
After earning her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, Tiffany served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. McGovern, III in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. While a law clerk, one of her responsibilities was to serve as a Special Civil Part mediator, which instilled the importance of employing a pragmatic approach to case analysis. Being a litigator is more than being a trial attorney, but also includes the ability to settle disputes when it is appropriate and best for the client. Throughout the span of her career, Tiffany has successfully negotiated countless matters to effective resolution.
An active participant with local community groups and legal associations, Tiffany serves as Board Chair of Girls on the Run for the New Jersey North Council. After having played tennis as an NCAA Division I athlete, she continues to play competitive tennis and platform tennis throughout New Jersey.
