Personal Experience
Timothy J. Mr. Casey is a member of the firm’s High Stakes Litigation practice. Mr. Casey is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has achieved record-setting verdicts for his clients. He is widely regarded as one of Arizona’s preeminent trial attorneys and is regularly named a “top lawyer” by numerous independent and peer-review organizations.
Over the last three decades, Mr. Casey has litigated and tried complex civil jury trials across Arizona and the United States. Mr. Casey is a frequent lecturer and speaker at Continuing Legal Education courses on such subjects as products liability law, negligence and tort law, trial practice issues, constitutional claims against governmental entities, and election law.
