Thomas was born in Houston, Texas. After graduating from The Kinkaid School, Thomas attended the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated in 3 years. Thomas then attended the St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he not only was awarded two Dean’s Scholarships, but also was awarded the John E. Anderson Endowed Scholarship. During law school, Thomas clerked for the General Counsel to the Commandant of the Marine Corps at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and also for United States Magistrate Judge Pamela Mathy for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Thomas has been practicing laws since 2007 and recovered millions for his clients.
