Mr. Stanczak is in his 17th year of practice. He has extensive experience before the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission and is a respected member of this exclusive legal community. Mr. Stanczak has been previously selected by his peers as a Rising Star within the Top 2.5 percent of lawyers concentrating in the area of workers’ compensation law.
Early in his career, Mr. Stanczak was a prosecuting attorney with the Lake County State’s Attorneys Office. This prosecutorial experience has given him an excellent investigative sense and an aggressive courtroom style. Mr. Stanczak not only has the experience to aggressively handle cases, but also recognizes what is in the best interest of each client and assertively manages cases to meet it.
Mr. Stanczak attended Michigan State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 1998. Mr. Stanczak was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Illinois in 1998 and was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 1999.
On a personal level, Mr. Stanczak is an avid skier and is a certified member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America.
