W. Anthony was born in Atlanta, Georgia, July 13, 1952. He attended the University of Georgia at Athens and graduated with his B.A. in History in 1974. W. Anthony went on to University of Georgia at Athens and graduated with his J.D in 1977.
W. Anthony was admitted to Georgia in 1977. He was also admitted to Tennessee in 1977, U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court in 1977 and U.S. Supreme Court in 1994.
W. Anthony is a member of Cobb County and Bartow County Bar Associations.
