As the founder and CEO of Bazán Law, I've built a team of dedicated professionals who focus on family law and personal injury. My commitment to helping families navigate some of the hardest moments in their lives, whether through a painful divorce or after a serious injury is at the heart of everything we do at Bazán Law.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of families and individuals navigate some of life's most difficult transitions. From divorce and custody disputes to post-decree matters and personal injury cases, I focus on clear, compassionate strategies that bring stability and peace of mind to those going through crisis.
Whether it's guiding a parent through a separation or advocating for someone injured through no fault of their own, my goal is always the same: to help my clients see what's ahead, avoid further harm, and move forward with strength and dignity.
I began my collegiate journey at the University of Texas–Pan American (now UTRGV), in Edinburg, Texas where I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a minor in Political Science in 2009.
I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado in December 2016 and was admitted to practice in New Mexico and Colorado.
Since then, I had the opportunity to work closely with families facing real, everyday struggles and those experiences left a lasting impact. They deepened my commitment to practicing law and fueled my drive to advocate for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I've come to understand that no two families are the same, and each case deserves a thoughtful, personalized approach.
