Anu Chudasama is an associate attorney who recently joined our law firm. She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and New York, as well as federal court in the Western District of Wisconsin. Anu currently devotes 100% of her practice representing clients who have been injured, with a focus on automobile collisions, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. She has successfully served her clients in various types of cases in and out of court, from the initial client meeting to the jury's verdict. Anu is very familiar with Minnesota's No-Fault laws having arbitrated several dozen claims when insurance companies have cut off her clients' No-Fault benefits. She has also successfully recovered substantial sums of money for her clients that were injured due to the fault of others. Anu graduated from University of Wisconsin Law School, where she had the opportunity to intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael J. Gableman. She also was a part of Legal Assistance for Institutionalized Persons (LAIP), where she helped individuals with the criminal appeals process and other matters.
