Beauregard William Patterson is passionate about fighting for his clients’ personal, civil, and constitutional rights. As an attorney with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, he channels his passion into producing quality and cost-effective outcomes for his clients. Beauregard has a general civil litigation practice that is founded on protecting his clients’ rights in a variety of areas including: constitutional separation of powers, deprivation of civil rights, sex discrimination, class actions, equal pay act violations, just cause arbitrations of adverse employment actions, and administrative hearings and appeals at universities in the UW-System.
Beauregard had early and unique experiences that shaped his love of the courtroom. While in law school, he tried his first jury trial. As a clinical law student with UW Law’s Neighborhood Law Clinic, he won a five-day jury trial with the jury granting a full damage award on all the claims.
